Pemaquid, 7:30. A talk about various types of shipping in the 17th
and 18th century, held at the Pemaquid Museum (I think). Check

July 26 – Dixey
Bull at Pemaquid! Not an official book event, but Jim Nelson will once again
reprise his role as the dread pirate Dixey Bull on the grounds of
Fort William Henry
at Pemaquid.
August 2 –
Harpswell Neck
Fire and Rescue Lobster Roll Luncheon. A must event for anyone who is
anyone. Jim Nelson will be signing books. Proceeds go to support the
Harpswell Neck Fire and Rescue.
August 7 -
Portland Harbor Museum.
7:00. Talk on George Washington's Secret Navy followed by a book signing.
September 27 –
Sudbury Colonial Faire, Sudbury, MA. One of our favorite family events.
Nelson will be there signing books in full 18th century regalia.
October 25 –
Fort Ticonderoga Seminar on the American Revolution. Jim Nelson will be
speaking on the Continental Navy at this terrific annual event.
